Notary

When your home is complete, a Notary appointment is arranged to sign the Title Deeds. On this day the final balance will be paid, the keys will be handed over and you will become the legal owner of the property.

A Notary is a public servant appointed to witness the signing of documents and administer oaths. They appear as an impartial witness for legal documents and ensure that both parties entering into an agreement do so knowingly and willingly.

The Notary’s office can be a busy and overwhelming place if you have never visited one, so we always accompany our clients, along with a solicitor, to answer any questions that they may have.
