Time To Completion
Completion times for our properties vary greatly depending on the stage of development. Generally speaking, the completion time for an off-plan property can range from 12 to 18 months. In the case of developments that are partially constructed at the time of viewing, we suggest that the completion date will be between 6 months and one year.
We are also able to offer key-in-hand new properties or resale properties on some developments. In the case of these types of properties, the completion date is determined only by the time it takes to do all of the necessary checks and submit the paperwork.
Payment schedules also very depending on the time to completion. This matter is best discussed at the time of viewing the property as it can differ greatly from development to development.
During the construction of your property, we will send you periodic updates of progress and photographs where appropriate.
When complete, all properties in Spain come with a 10 year guarantee which is similar to the NHBC guarantee offered in the UK. This is a compulsory standard and therefore applies to all new properties that we sell.
